We are a family of 10 including 8 children ranging in ages from 18 to a three-year-old toddler.  We are blessed to live on a small farm in Mt. Pleasant Mills, Pennsylvania. On our farm we raise dairy beef and produce. In addition to the farm, we have a custom sawmilling business, and an auctioneering business.  Our music consists of stringed instruments – typically, acoustic guitars, bass guitar, violin, ukulele, dobro, and a banjo. Our music genre is gospel with a bluegrass flare.

We started singing and playing together in nursing homes a few years ago when we noticed our 3 oldest daughters were able to harmonize with parts.  Our playing abilities have evolved and continue to evolve as the younger children continue to learn new instruments.  Some of the songs that we sing have been composed by Rachel (mom) who has been gifted by God with song writing abilities.  We also sing many gospel and Christian bluegrass songs.

We attend the Duncannon God’s Missionary Church where we actively participate in the ministries of the church. We have a sincere desire to share Jesus and the message of salvation to others through song and testimony.  We also want to encourage and strengthen families and feel called to do so through our music.  We believe that the only hope for our society is Jesus Christ.  Additionally, we believe that we can be a testimony of what God intended for a family unit when we are living for His glory.  Our hope is that we can be a source of encouragement to young families especially.
